Products and prices
The products and prices are as listed on this website. We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible, but if any further information is needed please contact us for clarification.
You can order online, by post or on the telephone. If, for any reason the item you wish to order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and to offer you an alternative product. As every item is handmade, an identical replacement may not be available, but we will do our best to offer a product as close as possible to the original.
We are not currently registered for VAT.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you confirm your order during the ordering process.
You can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However, if you wish to place an order on our website you agree to us collecting information that is needed to process your orders. We do not, and will not, sell or rent any of this confidential information to any third parties.
To enable us to acknowledge your order we will need you to provide your email address. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and again to confirm despatch.
We may use your information for assessment and analysis, for example, marketing, customer and product analysis, or to help review, develop, and improve our services.
We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online, and cannot be held responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
Online payments may be made by Paypal, cheque or internet transfer to our bank account. We will post your order once funds have cleared in our bank account. We accept no responsibility if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us correct payment details.
Delivery of orders
We will aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
We cannot be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by delays or any other extraordinary events which are beyond control.
Refunds, returns and cancellations
All items must be opened and examined and any defect or damage notified to The Craft Firm within 48 hours of delivery.
You may cancel your order up to seven days from receipt of the item. We cannot accept cancellations by phone. Cancellations must be made either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by letter to the above address.
We will issue a refund provided the item is returned to us in its original state and in the original packaging. Please obtain proof of postage. Any refund will be made within 30 days of the agreement to refund as long as the item has been returned as above.
If an incorrect or faulty item is delivered we undertake to replace it at our cost as soon as possible after we have been notified of the mistake. If there is insufficient stock available to send a replacement at the time, a refund will be offered.
All content on this website, including photographs, is the property of The Craft Firm. Photographs may not be copied or lifted from the site without our written authorisation.
We will do our best to ensure that our website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that the use of our website will not cause damage to your computer, for example, in the case of a computer virus. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right software and equipment is available to use the website. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to your computer which may result from the use of our website.
